Wastewater treatment plant for the food industry

Another project carried out for the food sector has been the design and construction of a wastewater treatment plant in La Garrotxa.

This plant, which has been designed for a flow rate of 350 m3/day, includes the following treatment stages: roughing by a step screen, homogenization with aeration through diffusers, a physical-chemical treatment by flotation, and dehydration by means of a centrifugal decanter.

The purpose of the designed solution was to comply with the regulations of sewage into the municipal sanitation network and, in addition, the execution of the plant has been carried out in 3 months, a very tight timing.
