We have recently completed a turnkey wastewater purification project for a prepared food company in El Bages. The main objective we had in this new facility was to design a treatment line with low energy consumption and with better discharge parameters.
The facility, which has been designed to be very versatile in terms of flow and contaminant load, consists of a lift pumping equipment, a homogenization and flow lamination tank, a physical-chemical flotation treatment system and a sludge treatment with screw dehydrator; all this for a flow of 600 m3/day. In addition, it is an installation that is easy to operate and maintain.
Additionally, CIM Aigua is responsible for the technical assistance and environmental counseling of the entire plant . We are happy to carry out interesting projects like this close to home.
